Dockers Return Policy and Quality
The only work pants I have previously bought have been Dockers. I ordered three more pair from Dockers.com and when I got them, they were not the quality and the size did not fit as those that I have previously owned so I contacted "customer service" to return them within their 60 day period.
They said they would send me return information but I never received anything via email or mail so I recontacted them outside the 60 day period and told them the situation. They now refuse to accept the return since it is outside the 60 day period. Stuck with over $100 of new Dockers never worn.
Trust me, I am actively looking for another brand. So much for "customer service" and now I have no brand loyalty.

Trouser color fade
yesterday i went to Xinva mall outlet and complaint about my trouser as it's colour got fade in few washes and it's the 1st time that i got complain in dockers trouser which was purchased in winter, but i am really surprised with the reply given by the staff sitting behind the counter and the lady as they told me that we don't accept the complain which has passed 3 months then she shifted her gare to 6 months, and giving me bare excuses that is not fade this is the original color, so many lame excuses that i joined 5 months back and its the old article before joining be...anyways i generously put my trouser on counter and told them this is none of my use but you must have the people who can satisfy the customer with some rational reasons. Dockers is a exclusive brand and that was never been expected.
- Extremely poor customer service
- Product quality
Dockers Luggage Review from San Francisco, California
I got a large docker spinner for Christmas. On the second trip the airline handlers ripped off on wheel.
I am still looking for eplacement parts. The airline says they are not responsible. I'm not sure if the luggage is poorly made or if the airline is irresponsible and abusing my luggage...I think it was a combination of both.
Anyway, I have a piece of expensive luggage without scuff marks on the remaining wheels that is basically useless. Very frustrating.

Dockers Mens briefs not same size
My wife bought my Dockers briefs in the same size as two-three years ago and they fit like
low risers. The older briefs were made in Thailand and the new ones in China. The information tags on the Chinese made briefs are twice as big as those made in Thailand and
dig into my skin. The briefs are comparable except for the disappointing fit. The older ones
fit comfortably from day one and I have not gained much weight since. How Dockers could
let the fit in men's briefs change so much is beyond me. .I will not buy Dockers briefs again
Separation anxiety

Dockers - Pants Review from Red Deer, Alberta
Spinner luggage broke on my very first trip
Pants falling apart
I had to have pockets sewed back together. The pants are fraying at the bottom of the legs AND the belt loops.
Normally Dockers have served me well but in this case I can't see buyin another pair anytime soon. I wear these pants 2 x per week. I can't do that anymore because they are falling apart. Cost of pants were 40 something dollars.
These are the signature Khaki pants. I really thought these would wear well...not so.
My parent had bought these as a gift, so I don't have the receipt to return. Not even 6 MONTHS and these pants are torn/frayed.
Most important 2 wheels on my 29" Dockers luggage completely shredded
Three successful trips, but then the wheels of my largest bag suddenly and completely shredded. Rolling the 46 pounds was impossible.
Had to UPS most of the contents home, overstuff my husband's luggage, and carry the remaining items in my camera bag and his daypack, leaving this new-looking but useless piece of luggage in the hotel room in California as we flew home to Virginia. I have NEVER had such a disastrous experience with any other luggage, and we do a lot of traveling.
Cannot recommend this brand of luggage to anyone. Very frustrating to have spent this much on luggage and have it unusable so soon.

Dockers are not a Luggage manufacturer... so obviously someone else does the build.
If you are looking for Luggage with customer support, try buying luggage from a luggage company...
American Tourister, Samsonite, etc. You will be greatly pleased.
